Recently I’ve started a wellness journal. Every morning (well, most), I write three things I am grateful for, three things that will make that day great, and affirmations. I have also written about my motivation- my why, recorded measurements, how I’m feeling, and anything I’ve changed with my diet, workouts, or supplements.
I admit, the affirmations were hard at first. I thought it was silly.
Get a journal. Give it a try for three weeks and see how your mind game has improved!
Remember your why.
Remember you are worth it.
