DIY Planters

I’m ready to decorate for fall! I want this beautiful fall front entry with mums, straw, pumpkins and signs. My dreams can get bigger than my budget.

I found these really cool galvanized planters for my mums, but had a price tag of $30 a piece (um, hello stay at home-homeschooling momma)! Instead I bought clearanced plastic planters and spray painted them! I used Rust-Oleum’s Aged Metallic Paint and Primer on one- Weathered Steel. This cost me about $10 and I have extra paint do another project!

I can’t wait to show you my next project made from scrap wood and some craft paint!

Much love!
